Anita Briem hails from Iceland. Anita Briesm, a Icelandic performer, is best known for playing Jane Seymour (the young woman that will eventually become the spouse of Henry VIII) in the TV show The Tudors. Also for the character of Hannah in the film Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem was just 9 years old when she started acting in Iceland's National Theater. Her home country of Iceland she appeared on the television, radio, and other programs as a young actress. Briem was then 16 years old when she was a teenager when she moved to London and was a part of her first production, Lenin In Love in The New End Theater. When he was 19, Briem was accepted at the famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, where she studied for the next three years.
